By submitting content, you grant BGFG a worldwide, non‑exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty‑free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display that content in connection with the Site and our business (including to promote the Site) in any media. You also waive any moral rights you may have to the extent permitted by law.
We may moderate, edit or remove user content at our discretion, but we do not endorse or assume responsibility for it.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for details, including your rights and how to exercise them.
14. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties or representations (express or implied) including about accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law (including your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; (b) business interruption; (c) loss of anticipated savings; (d) loss of or damage to data, goodwill or reputation; or (e) any indirect or consequential losses.
